What to send where
| Corrections and accuracy | Please include the page URL, the specific figure or statement you are disputing, and a source if you have one. Errors in tax figures get priority over everything else in the inbox. If you are a CPA or EA and something here is wrong, we particularly want to hear from you. |

| Questions about the calculator | Tell us what you entered and what looked wrong. We cannot advise on your personal tax position — see below — but we can explain what the tool is doing and fix it if it is doing it incorrectly. The parameter file is public if you want to check first. |
| Suggestions and requests | A missing feature, a guide you wish existed, a state rule we have handled badly. Genuinely welcome. |
| Press and research | Happy to talk, and happy to share the methodology behind any figure we have published. |
| Advertising and partnerships | Display advertising is served programmatically. We run affiliate links in four categories only — malpractice cover, entity formation, bookkeeping software and disability insurance — as set out in the affiliate disclosure. We do not sell sponsored articles, do not accept paid links inside editorial content, and do not take referral fees from staffing agencies. Please do not ask. |

What we cannot do
We cannot answer questions about your individual tax situation, tell you what a reasonable S-corporation salary would be on your facts, review your contract, recommend an insurance policy, or advise on a specific agency or offer. Those are questions for a CPA or enrolled agent who works with independent clinicians, for a licensed attorney, or for a licensed insurance broker. Answering them here would be both unhelpful and irresponsible — see the disclaimer.

Response times
LocumPayLab is a small independent project, not a company with a support desk. Corrections are handled quickly; everything else may take a little longer. If something is genuinely wrong on the site, say so plainly in the subject line and it will get looked at the same day.
